Manager Cover Role (2 days every week) ; maintain efficient day to day running of a busy surf camp and keep customers happy through overseeing and coordinating a wide range of duties managing and working with others in the team.
Host Role; efficient day to day running of serving breakfast, dinner, and helping to keep high standards of cleanliness throughout the accommodation.
*Set up and serve breakfast
*Set up and serve dinner
*Stock control and restocking beverages
*Keeping all areas of Food & Beverages clean at all times
*Cleaning and maintaining the Lodge to high standard
*Preparing rooms for check in
*Check-ins and check-outs
*Customer liaison and socialising
*Answering customer questions
*Dealing with customer complaints
*Hosting, meals and nights out
*Communicates effectively throughout the villa, with guests, within the team and with the manager
Financial Responsibility during Manager Cover (2 Days)
*Selling and collecting payment for a variety of add on activities, meals & experiences
*Handling customer bills. Update, control and final payment.
*Cross checking customer payments
*Responsibility for cash flow
*Stock control Beverages and Merchandise
*Administration during Manager Cover (2 Days)
Uses a variety of software to administer guests’ arrivals, departures and bookings of tours and activities.
Desirable: Graduate Qualification in the hospitality & tourism sector, Chalet, Hotel or Restaurant experience, Worked or lived abroad, Outdoor activities knowledge
Customer Service/Sales experience
Fluent in English
