Dreamsea is looking for kitchen staff for this 2019 season. We are a leading company in the Surfcamp market with locations in Portugal, France and Spain. We proud ourselves to provide the best service on the market and for getting hundreds of new surflovers up on their first waves every year.

We are currently hiring Chefs and sous-chefs. Starting in May to the end of September.

. Manage the whole kitchen operation.
. Responsible for the maintenance of the company's quality standards.
. In charge of stock control and purchasing products.
. Manage the kitchen staff, acting as trainer and supervisor.
. Production and service of Dinner meals.
. Responsible for the active and constant application of all safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
. Reporting to supervisors and taking feedback.

. Professional experience working in the food industry.
. Knowledge of worldwide gastronomy.
. Love for camping and nature.
. Comfort in multicultural environments.
. Carrying a pro-active, professional and ethic atitude.
. Managing skills.

We are a Surfcamp company located in Portugal, Spain and France, with a capacity for up to 150 people in our glamping tents accommodation. We proud ourselves to provide the best service on the market and for getting hundreds of new surflovers up on their first waves every year. The surfcamps are situated 10 minutes drive/walk from the best local beaches and surfspots around. Its a beautiful and careful designed camp trying to mix rural, cultural, beach and surf traveling all in one. We are a very proud brand and are always trying to develop our service. Included for guests are surfclasses, breakfast, lunch and dinners, pool, bycicles rent and yoga classes. We have 3 acres of Forrest field surrounding the camp.

Our staff is always international. We constantly have in our team several nationalities from all over the world, with ages ranging from 20s to 30s. Although we proud ourselves with the best customer service we can provide, we have an unique "hostel like" aproach in our relationship with the business and guests. You will be using freely of the same spaces, infrastructures, meals and utilities we provide our guests. We recieve guests from all walks of life, coming from all the four corners of the world, both in families and solo. We promote and expect interaction between our staff and guests. Its part of the experience we want to offer that the house works and feels like a group of great hosts welcoming a group of soon to be friends, wishing both parts will say goodbye with that bittersweet smile of future happy days.
