Housekeeping

Cleaning and maintaining the Lodge to high standard
Preparing rooms for check in

Food & Beverages

Help prepare meals: breakfast, lunches and dinners
Set up and serve meals; breakfast and dinners
Stock control and replen food & beverages
Maintaining food storage and preparation areas

Customer Experience

Run check-in’s and check-out’
Customer liaison and socialising
Answering customer questions
Dealing with customer complaints
Hosting meals and nights out

Daily Lodge Operations

Managing customers allocation and assignment into activities

Looking after villa standards
Carrying out stock checks

Lodge Administration

Finalising and handling customer bills
Cross checking customer payments
Cash Recording
Stock control Beverages and Merchandise
